Denis Novato virtuoso of diatonic harmonic

Denis Novato is absolute world champion of diatonic harmonic. He is not only one of the most virtuoso accordionist with this kind of instrument among the world but also a great composer and a really good teacher. His students are already receiving quite good notes.
He has composed more then 50 melodies for himself and for other groups; and it's been already 15 years since he has done his first public concert with the diatonic harmonic. 10 years ago came out the first LP and tape.
Along this period of time he has reached a great success both in Italy and abroad. He teaches in Italy, Austria and at the school of harmonic in Begunja, at the school of Capodistria and Kozina. He is planning to establish his own school of diatonic harmonic.
He plays concerts all over the world together with the most well-known musician of this speciality.
Regarding this we want to mention the tourné with the Mooskirchner which take place regularly in Austria, Germany, Holland other nations.
In November 2005 he had been invited to collaborate with the famous festival of Orlando, Florida, from association of accordionists; in that occasions he took part in among the champions of different speciality such as: jazz, etno, folk, blues, etc... being the only one accordionist of diatonic.
With a splendid and performance and the mastery of the instrument the audience have been taken by him and so he met with outstanding success.
He plays not only folk music but also folk songs from Slovenian, Italy and Austria; he arranges other kinds of folk music too.
In the last period he is playing a special combination of jazz arrangements on the diatonic harmonic.
The big band RTV Slovenian has arranged two of his songs for the orchestra and has obtain an huge success.
The well-known Italian harmonics's craftsman Lanziger has built an unique model of diatonic harmonic only for Novato and has called it “Novato”.
Novato is an habitual guest of the Italian, Slovenian and Austrian televisions and radios; moreover he has collaborated with the television broadcast for the 50° anniversary of the music of Avseniki.
Denis Novato had been guested all over the world, had visited the Slovenian emigrants in Australia, the United States of America and in Canada, where he
had played in concert because invited from the associations of emigrants and the university of Milwaukee and Cleveland.
